George Mathewson 1840. 2-storey and basement, 3-bay villa, coursed rubble and ashlar margins, latter now cement rendered. Central pilastered doorpiece approached by steps. 1st floor cill band. Sash and case windows with 4-pane glazing (1 leaded light). Gable end stacks. Piended slate roof.

Low boundary walls.
