41 Roseangle, Dundee

41 Roseangle in Dundee is a villa built around 1825, featuring two stories and three bays. The front is made of ashlar, while the sides are constructed from rubble. The villa was enlarged in 1911 by James Findlay, who raised the roof and added a west wing.

The building has a central Roman Doric portico that encloses a round-arched doorway. The ground floor windows are framed with architraves and cornices, and there is a band course. The first-floor windows have margins, and the cornice and blocking course were heightened in 1911. The roof is piended and platformed, with four dormers.

A single-storey wing was added to the left in 1911, featuring a single margined blocking course. The side elevations are built from rubble and display varied fenestration, with some later windows inserted. There are gable end stacks and a dormer window. The interior has been substantially altered, but some plasterwork and Victorian wallpaper remain.
