Description

27 Roseangle in Dundee is a villa built around 1835. It is two stories tall and has three bays with an ashlar front. The central bay is advanced and features a pediment supported by pilasters on the ground floor, flanking Greek Doric columns in antis, and a round-arched doorway with a fanlight. The ground floor windows have been altered to bipartites, and there is a band course at the first floor. The sides and rear of the building are constructed from rubble, and the chimney stacks have been rebuilt in brick.
