Description
15 Roseangle in Dundee is a villa built around 1810 and altered by David Neave in 1819. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure made of rubble. The central entrance features a doorpiece with pilasters and a cornice added in 1819. The windows have a four-pane glazing pattern and are set in the margins, using sash and case style. The building has gable-end stacks and skewputts at the gables.
To the northeast, there is a lower two-storey service wing. Neave also added a large two-storey and basement hemispherical bow at the northwest, which has a semi-conical roof and curved sash and case windows with a twelve-pane glazing pattern. The staircase designed by Neave is illuminated by a cupola, and there is a stack on the north wallhead. Additionally, there is a later piend-roofed addition to the service wing.
