Description
150 Perth Road in Dundee is a three-storey and basement tenement building, possibly designed by Samuel Bell around 1790. The front elevation features a round-headed entrance on the ground floor, which is fan-lit and flanked by rusticated raised and sunken quoins. Above the entrance is a Venetian window, with a fanlit arch that used to have similar detailing, and a tripartite window on the second floor. There are single windows on either side, with margins that have been recently added.
The rear of the building is four storeys high and also has three bays, with a modern stair tower added to the right. The rear and sides of the building are now harled, and it has a slate roof with skewputt gables. The west stack is made of harled brick. The interior of the building has been modernised.
