2 Roseangle, Dundee

2 Roseangle in Dundee is a detached villa built around 1815-1820 by David Neave. It is two stories high with a basement, constructed from coursed rubble, and features three bays. The building underwent alterations by Leslie Ower in 1880.

On the north elevation, there are three bays with corniced and architraved windows on the ground floor. The entrance features a central doorpiece with fluted Doric columns, which is now obscured by a later porch that has a consoled pediment. The south elevation also has three bays, with a prominent pedimented bay in the center. Two oriel windows were added to the ground floor in 1880, along with a cast-iron balcony in the center. The roof is a piended platform covered with slate, topped by a small cupola over the stairwell, which was also added in 1880. The gable-end stacks are missing.

Inside, the villa features a mosaic in the hall and elaborate plasterwork in the hall, cupola, and several rooms, all added in 1880. The property is complemented by cast and wrought-iron railings and gates leading to the street, as well as terraced garden walls and a former sea wall.
