Description

This building, located at 11 Perth Road in Dundee, dates from around 1860 and is a two-storey villa with a basement and attic, featuring three bays and painted ashlar stonework. The central entrance has a corniced porch supported by square Doric piers, which is accessed by steps. On either side of the porch are corniced bipartite windows with corbelled cills and aprons above a band course. The first floor has single-light windows with a cill course. The villa is topped with a main cornice and a piended slate roof, which has a later intrusive canted dormer.
