Circa 1860. 2-storey basement and attic 3-bay painted

ashlar villa.

Centre corniced porch on square Doric piers approached

by steps. Flanking corniced bipartites with corbelled

cills and aprons over band course. 1st floor single

lights with cill course. Main cornice, piended

plaftformed slate roof with later obtrusive canted

dormer.
