Description
This is an earlier 19th century villa located at 3 South Crescent Road in Ardrossan. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with a narrow, blind bay to the west and a later bay added to the east. It is constructed of ashlar stone.
At the centre, there is a projecting porch supported by Roman Doric columns, which is now blocked. On either side of the porch are two windows, with the left window featuring modern glazing. The first floor has three windows. The villa is topped with a modillion cornice and a blocking course, and it has a piended slate roof. The later eastern bay includes a square, shallow projecting tripartite window at ground level.
