Description

This is a mid-19th century terrace house located at 9 Arran Place in Ardrossan. The building has two storeys and features two bays. It is constructed of painted masonry. The entrance door is situated in the right bay, while the left bay contains a tripartite window arrangement on both the ground and first floors. There is a cill course at the first floor level, along with an eaves course and cornice. The roof is covered with slate.
