Description
10 Arran Place is a mid 19th century end terrace house that stands two storeys tall with an attic. The building features three bays, with a central door that is framed by a porch supported by Ionic fluted engaged columns and topped with a pediment. On the first floor, there are three windows, which retain their original glazing in the upper sashes. The house also has two piended canted dormers and is topped with a slate roof.
