Description

This is an earlier 19th century villa located at 2 South Crescent Road in Ardrossan. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. It features a pebbledashed exterior with painted dressings. The central door has a projecting porch, which is now blocked and has a shallow projection. On the ground floor, there are two canted windows in the outer bays, while the first floor has three windows. The villa is topped with an entablature and a blocking course, and it has a piended slate roof. The gatepiers show a slight batter.
