Description
This is an earlier 19th century villa located at 7 South Crescent Road in Ardrossan. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays, with a later addition to the east. It features painted masonry and has a central door set within a shallow projecting bay that is topped by a pediment and supported by fluted Roman Doric columns. The windows on either side of the door are adorned with entablatures, while the first-floor windows are architraved. The villa also has a cornice and a blocking course, and it is topped with a piended slate roof that includes two stacks.
