The building is two storeys high and features three windows, along with an added set-back left bay and a blank one-storey right bay. It is constructed of soft red brick and has a low-pitched hipped slate roof with a moulded stone eaves cornice. The sash windows have gauged flat arches and stone cills, and the entrance includes a five-panel door with a radial fanlight set within an architrave that has impost blocks. The doorcase is flanked by engaged columns with fluted necking and features a pedimented entablature with a fluted frieze.
