Description
This is an earlier 19th century villa located at 4 South Crescent Road in Ardrossan. The building has two storeys and features three windows, constructed from ashlar stone.
It has a central door that is framed by a pilastered porch, which has been filled in. The villa is adorned with angle pilasters, a cornice, and a blocking course. The roof is piended and covered with slate, and there are two stacks positioned centrally on the roof.
