Description

Later 19th century 2-storey villa; shallow-pitched

double-gabled front with 4 mullioned and transomed

windows, curved left at ground; timber detailing in

gable-heads. Stone-cleaned ashlar, porch recessed on

left flank and supported on single column. Plate glass

glazing. End stacks, slate roof. Low boundary wall to

street and gatepiers all ashlar.
