Later 19th century 2-storey and attic 3-bay villa.

Stone-cleaned ashlar; plate glass sashes; prominent

brackets at eaves; slate roof; centre door in round-

arched doorcase with engaged columns with foliated

capitals; full-height canted window left, bipartites

right, ground floor window shallow projecting, its

mullion is a colonnette with foliated capital,

bracketted cornice; shallow centre dormer; end stacks.

Low boundary wall to street, banded gatepiers with

scroll-shaped coping
