This building is a two-storey, three-bay villa from the mid to late 19th century. It features a front made of stone-cleaned snecked rubble with painted ashlar detailing. The villa has sash windows, and the upper panels are leaded with Art Nouveau ornamentation. The roof is broad-eaved and covered with slate. The front of the villa is in an L-plan, with a gable on the left side that includes a wide, three-light window on the first floor with a pointed head. There is an inner door with a timber bracketed hood, and the ground floor windows project with bracketed supports and have iron cresting. The building has end stacks and a low wing on the right-hand side. There is a modern forestair on the left flank and gabled gatepiers.
