Description
This late 19th century villa at 195 Nithsdale Road in Glasgow is a two-storey, three-bay structure with an L-shaped front. It features a central porch supported by Ionic columns, with an advanced left bay and a timber-framed gable head resting on large stone corbels. The exterior is finished with stugged ashlar and polished dressings. The windows are mostly mullioned and transomed, featuring small leaded panes. The villa has corniced stacks and a broad-eaved, shallow-pitched slated roof.
In front of the property, there are octagonal gatepiers, each with a panelled top, and a low boundary wall that runs along the street.
