Ardlui, 58 Newark Drive, Glasgow

Ardlui is a late 19th century villa located at 58 Newark Drive in Glasgow. The building has two storeys and a full basement at the rear, featuring a two-bay front. On the left side, there is a bowed full-height window, while the right side has an open porch at a lower wing. The exterior is made of stone-cleaned ashlar with stugged courses and polished dressings. It includes arched first-floor lights, shafted jambs and mullions with foliated capitals, and plate glass sash windows. The eaves are blocked, and there are end stacks with slate roofs. The property is enclosed by a stepped boundary wall and features obelisk gatepiers.
