Late 19th century villa. 2 storeys plus full basement to

rear; 2-bay front, bowed full-height window left,

open porch to right at low wing. Stone-cleaned ashlar,

stugged coursers, polished dressings, arched 1st floor

lights, shafted jambs/mullions with foliated capitals.

Plate glass sashes. Blocked eaves; end stacks, slate

roofs. Stepped boundary wall, obelisk gatepiers.
