This late 19th century villa on Nithsdale Road in Pollokshields, Glasgow, is a two-storey building with an L-shaped plan and a three-bay front. The first-floor windows feature slim colonettes set into the jambs or as mullions. The left bay has a canted window topped with an iron-finialed roof, while the central entrance is framed by a decorative doorcase. The villa is constructed of polished ashlar stone, with some channelled detailing, and includes leaded glass diamond panes with secondary glazing. The roofs are covered with slate. To the right, there is a low recessed wing, possibly a billiard room, which has a dome roof and figurative leaded glass panels.

The property is complemented by gatepiers that are panelled and have projecting caps, along with a stepped boundary wall that runs along the street.
