Description

Possibly John Gordon and/or Thomas Baird. Built 1891/92. 2-storey 3-bay villa with renaissance details, shallow canted outer bays linked by balustraded Ionic porch; canted bays with pilasters at ground, 1st floor windows all have Ionic half-pilasters overlapped by architraves. Polished yellow ashlar with sculptured detailing; slate and finialed roof. Sash windows with leaded upper panels; main cornice; corniced

end stacks. Single storey wing right with offices, low square porch, pedimented screen to rear courtyard.

Ashlar boundary wall, 2 pairs square gatepiers.
