Description

34 Queen's Drive is a villa built in the later 19th century. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure with an L-shaped plan. The front features a full-height canted window in the advanced left bay and a central porch supported by square columns. The exterior is finished with stugged coursers and painted stone detailing, along with plate glass sash windows and basket-arched openings. The roof has bracketted eaves, end stacks, and a piended slate covering with a metal finial over the bay. Additionally, there is an ashlar boundary wall with painted gatepiers.
