Description

38 Queen's Drive is a double villa built in the later 19th century, featuring two storeys and an attic. The left house, number 38, is painted and consists of two bays with inner doors and canted outer bays. It has steep gables above the main eaves, which are adorned with quatrefoil attic lights and timber framing. The exterior is finished with stugged coursers, plate glass sash windows, and bracketed eaves. The roofs are slated on the left side, retaining the triangular attic light, while the right side has modern tiles. The villa has end stacks. A stepped boundary wall curves inward on plan, leading to centrally placed painted gatepiers.
