Description
This is a two-storey, three-bay villa built in the later 19th century. It features basket-arched openings on the ground floor, with outer bipartite windows and a pilastered central doorcase. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar, with architraves and rusticated quoins. The original glazing includes plate glass on the ground floor and a four-pane pattern above. The villa has a bracketed cornice and a piended slate roof.
