Description

Pair similar later 19th century villas linked by

unsympathetic modern range which is deeply set forward

and contains hotel main entrance. Both villas have

2 storeys, 3 bays, basket-arched openings at ground

including outer bipartites; painted ashlar with

contrasting detail; rusticated quoins; mostly original

sashes; slate roofs, block to E is piend-roofed, the

other block gabled. Basements at rear.
