Description
This is an asymmetrical villa located at 13 South Crescent Road in Ardrossan, dating from around 1860. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, constructed from red sandstone with yellow dressings. The right bay is advanced and features a tripartite design that projects slightly. The first floor also has a tripartite window, topped with a crest in a stepped gable that includes a fleur de lis finial. The central entrance door is framed by a moulded architrave and has a bracketed hood above it. To the left of the entrance, there is one window with a hood mould, while the first floor has two additional windows. The villa is finished with a cornice and has a slate roof with end stacks.
