Description

1 Arran Place is a mid 19th century terrace house. It has two storeys with a dormerless attic and features three windows. The ground floor has a modern facing designed to imitate snecked rubble, along with an ashlar blocking course. The roof is slate. The outer pilasters are made of ashlar, and there is a central rendered doorpiece with pilasters. The first-floor windows have a cill course and architraves, with a cornice above. The return elevation has three bays and two windows in the gablehead, also topped with a slate roof.
