Description

4 and 5 Arran Place is a mid-19th century terrace house featuring two storeys and an attic, with a total of four bays. The exterior is finished in stucco, channelled at the ground level with painted margins. A central pilastered doorpiece is located with a pend to the right. The building has a cornice and a blocking course, with straight skews that include square block skew putts. There is a wall head stack with an octagonal flue, and two piended canted dormers. The roof is covered in slate.
