Description
5 Bowmont Terrace is a mid 19th century, two-storey, two-bay house that is part of an irregular terrace. The building is rendered and painted, with raised surrounds around the openings. The first-floor windows extend into the eaves of the piended roofs. On the entrance elevation, there is a doorway in the left bay, which is flanked on the right by a window. The door is modern and panelled, and above it, there is a canted oriel supported by a carved bracket. The bay to the right features single windows. The house has four-pane sash and case windows and a grey slate roof, with a corniced brick stack on the north side.
