Description
2 Bowmont Terrace is a mid-19th century, two-storey, two-bay house that is part of an irregular terrace on sloping ground. The building is constructed from squared and snecked whinstone, featuring cream sandstone dressings with both long and short dressings.
On the entrance elevation, there is a doorway located in the left bay, which has a panelled door and a two-pane letterbox fanlight above it. To the right at the first floor, there is an off-set bipartite window. Additionally, there is a bipartite window at the ground level in the bay to the right. The house has four-pane sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, and corniced brick mutual stacks.
