Description
Rosebank is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house with later alterations, located on Venchen Road in Town Yetholm. The house is rendered and features a single-storey stable adjoining to the west.
The south elevation, which serves as the entrance, has a doorway at the center with a single window above it on the first floor. There are single windows on both the ground and first floors in the bays to the left and right, and the first-floor windows break the eaves in gabletted dormerheads.
The adjoining single-storey stable and workshop range to the west has timber lintels, two-leaf boarded doors, two windows facing south, and one window facing west.
The property has four-pane sash and case windows, a purple-grey slate roof, and red-brick gablehead stacks on the east and west sides.
