Late 18th century. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay house forming part of irregular terrace. Rendered with timber lintels.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: widely spaced bays; doorway at centre; panelled door; single window at 1st floor above. Single windows in bays to outer left and right.

12-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; brick mutual stack to N.

OUTBUILDINGS: row of former stables and cartsheds backing lane to rear.
