Description
Hirsel Cottage is a late 18th century, two-storey house that is part of an irregular terrace. It has three symmetrical bays and features a rendered exterior with painted stone dressings, a battered base course, and raised margins.
On the entrance elevation, there is a central doorway with a deep-set door and a letterbox fanlight above it, along with a window on the first floor directly above the door. There are single windows in the outer bays to the left and right. The windows are 8-pane sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slate and has broad harled mutual stacks, along with saw-tooth coping on the skews.
