Description

5 Charlotte Street is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house that is part of a terrace. The exterior features painted render, a base course, and a cornice, with painted margins around the window openings.

On the north elevation, there is a central entrance with a margined design, featuring a two-leaf timber door and a letterbox fanlight. Above this entrance, there is a single window aligned at the first floor. The flanking bays have regular fenestration.

The windows are four-pane timber sash and case style, and the roof is covered with grey slate.

The interior was not seen in 1998.
