Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house forming part of terrace. Painted render. Base course; cornice. Painted margins to window openings.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central margined entrance; 2-leaf timber door; letterbox fanlight; single window aligned above at 1st floor. Regular fenestration to flanking bays.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
