Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house forming part of terrace. Painted render. Base course; 1st floor cill course; eaves course; cornice; blocking course; strip margins. Painted architraved window margins (corniced at ground floor).

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central pilastered, corniced, block-pedimented doorpiece; cavetto-splaying to recessed timber door; decorative letterbox fanlight; single window aligned above at 1st floor. Regular fenestration to flanking bays at ground and 1st floor. Canted dormers to outer right and left at attic.

15-pane timber sash and case windows at ground floor; 12-pane at 1st floor; plate glass and 4-pane at attic. Grey slate roof; stone skew to left; rooflight; corniced gablehead stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
