Description
3 Charlotte Street is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that is part of a terrace. The exterior features painted render, a base course, a cornice, a blocking course, and strip margins, with painted margins around the window openings.
On the north elevation, there is a central entrance with a margined design, featuring a recessed timber glazed door and a letterbox fanlight. Above this entrance, there is a single window aligned with it on the first floor. The flanking bays display regular fenestration.
The ground floor has plate glass timber sash and case windows, with additional interior glazing, while the first floor has modern windows. The roof is covered with grey slate and includes a rooflight, stone skews, corniced stacks, and circular cans.
The interior was not seen in 1998.
