Description
15 Charlotte Street is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house that is part of a terrace. The exterior features painted harl with a base course and painted margins around the window openings.
On the north elevation, there is a central entrance with a cavetto-splayed design. Steps lead up to a recessed two-leaf timber door, which is topped by a letterbox fanlight. Above this entrance, there is a single window aligned with it on the first floor. The flanking bays have regular fenestration.
The windows are plate glass timber sash and case types. The roof is covered with grey slate, and there are stone skews and coped gablehead stacks, with the stack on the right being higher. Circular cans are also present.
The interior was not seen in 1998.
