Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 4-bay house forming part of terrace. Painted render. Eaves course; cornice; blocking course. Painted margins to openings; blocked ground floor cills.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: steps to 2 corniced block-pedimented doorpieces to outer right and penultimate bay to left; timber doors and letterbox fanlights (leaded to outer right); single windows to left of doorpieces at ground; regular fenestration at 1st floor. 2 canted dormers to outer left and right at attic.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skews; coped stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
