Description
This early 19th century, two-storey, four-bay house is part of a terrace and features painted render. It has an eaves course, cornice, and blocking course, with margins around the openings.
On the south elevation, there are steps leading to the doorpieces. The penultimate bay on the left has a columnar block-pedimented corniced doorpiece, while the outer right features a pilastered block-pedimented, corniced doorpiece. Both doorpieces have timber doors with leaded letterbox fanlights. To the left of the doorpieces on the ground floor are single windows, and the first floor has regular fenestration.
The windows are plate glass timber sash and case. The roof is covered with grey slate, featuring stone skews, coped stacks, and circular cans.
The interior was not seen in 1998.
