Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 4-bay house forming part of terrace. Polished ashlar. Vermiculated base course; 1st floor cill course; cornice; blocking course. Cill blocked, shouldered ground floor windows; architraves to 1st floor windows.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: architraved doorpiece to outer left; corniced and block-pedimented pilastered doorpiece to left; timber doors; rectilinear-pattern letterbox fanlights to both (additional lower letterbox fanlight to outer left entrance); 2 single windows to right; regular fenestration at 1st floor (window to outer left blind). Piended dormer to outer right at attic.

12-pane timber sash and case windows at ground and 1st floor, 16-pane at attic. Grey slate roof; rooflight; stone skews; gablehead stack to right; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.

RAILINGS: spear-headed iron railings to entrances.
