Description
Cheviot Villa is a late 18th century, two-storey, three-bay house that is part of an irregular terrace. The exterior is dry-dashed, featuring timber lintels above the first-floor windows.
On the entrance elevation, there are raised surrounds framing the central doorway, with a single window above it on the first floor. Each side of the entrance has a single window on both floors.
The windows are plate glass sash and case. The roof is covered with grey slate and includes a rendered mutual stack to the south, which has moulded octagonal cans, as well as a brick and partially rendered stack to the north.
