Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house with shop at ground floor, forming part of irregular terrace. Rubble whinstone with long and short dressings.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: tripartite timber and glass shopfront with glazed door. 3 single windows at 1st floor.

Plate glass sash and case windows at 1st floor. Grey slate roof; coped mutual stacks.
