Description

37-39 Regent Street is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house that includes an additional door for a shop. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting tooled ashlar dressings. It features a central door and an additional doorway on the left side. The windows are regularly arranged, including an un-enlarged shop window with plate glass glazing, while the other windows have two-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
