Circa 1820. N facing 2-storey, regular 3-bay fronted house

with single bay return gable to Fife Street. Coursed rubble,

contrasting painted rendered margins; some contrasting

sandstone dressings. Centre door (modern); 12-pane glazing.

End stacks; gabled and piended slate roof.

Coped rubble garden walls.
