Description

3 Seafield Place in Portsoy is a house built around 1820. It is two stories high and has three bays. The front is made of squared rubble, while the sides and back are constructed from random rubble, with tooled rubble dressings. The main entrance is a central door accessed by a short flight of steps. There are small windows on the first floor in the outer bays, featuring 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. The house has coped masonry end stacks, flat skews, and a slate roof. The rear garden is enclosed by rubble walls that surround the plot.
