Description

45 Seafield Street is a late 18th century, two-storey, three-bay house. It features modern harl with painted reveals and a harl-pointed rubble rear elevation. The house has a central door and four-pane glazing. It is topped with coped end stacks and a slate roof that includes modern Velux lights.

Adjacent to the house is a later 18th century pend arch leading to the rear court of the Commercial Hotel. This two-storey range is continuous with No 45 Seafield Street and has a high segmental-headed pend arch, along with small ground and first-floor windows on the left. The structure also has a slate roof.
