Description

9 Clephanton Village is a late 18th century, two-storey, three-bay house facing north. The exterior is harled with ashlar margins. The central door is obscured by a modern projecting square timber porch that has a side entrance. There is a small window on the first floor of each return elevation, featuring 4-pane glazing. The ground floor of the east return elevation has two small modern windows with contemporary glazing. The house has moulded copes on the end stacks and a slate roof.
