Description
8 Clephanton Village is a pair of single-storey terraced houses dating from the late 18th century. The houses are harled with rendered margins. The entrances are concealed by modern projecting square timber porches that have side entrances. Both houses feature 4-pane glazing and have had their end and ridge stacks renewed. They are topped with slate roofs. House number 7 has three bays with the entrance located in the extreme right bay, while house number 8 has two bays with the entrance in the right bay.
