Description
Newton Of Budgate is a mid-19th century, two-storey house that faces south and has a symmetrical three-bay design. The building is constructed from red rubble with tooled red sandstone dressings. It features a corniced central door and three small first-floor windows that barely break the wallhead, each topped with finialled pediments. There are single windows on both the ground and first floors of the west elevation, with 12-pane glazing. The house has corniced panelled end stacks and a slate roof. At the rear, there is a single-storey, single-bay wing. Additionally, there is a low coped garden wall surrounding the property.
