Description

5 Seafield Place in Portsoy is a house built around 1820. It is two stories high and has three bays. The front is made of squared rubble, while the sides are constructed from random rubble, with tooled rubble used for the dressings. The central entrance is flanked by windows that feature four-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Each outer bay on the first floor has a small shuttered loft window. There is a forestair against the south gable that provides access to the first-floor loft entrance. The house has a coped end stack, flat skews, and a slate roof.
